RI Clocktower Conservation Meeting

It was on the 13th of January 2024 when we gathered at the Horizon Club, a venue thoughtfully reserved by Romen Boss. He's the initiator of our WhatsApp group, united by a shared interest in conserving the historic Clock Tower. The club offered a splendid environment which we thoroughly enjoyed, and the service was exceptional, particularly the waitress who consistently identified the members and served beverages to our group.

The initial half-hour was casual, a chance for us all to introduce ourselves and share our backgrounds, creating a relaxed atmosphere. It was when Roman Boss arrived that the meeting found its focus. He was clear and concise about our goals and swiftly facilitated our division into various groups, each tasked with different aspects of the Clock Tower's conservation.

After about thirty minutes of productive discussion, we formed
five distinct groups, each bringing unique perspectives and ideas to the table. It felt like we were on the right track, aligning our efforts towards a common goal.

The details of our meeting and the subsequent group formations were recorded by Roman Boss, who is evidently the driving force in moving the conservation project forward. His organization and leadership were instrumental in harnessing our collective passion and expertise towards preserving the Grange Road Raffles Institution Clock Tower.
